Brand new babies

Yesterday Zoë and Angus' new cousins were born - twins - we've been waiting for such a long time since we first saw their little ultrasound pics. Shame they're in Japan and it might be even longer before we actually get to meet them.

So, introducing Hayato Carlson (pronounced Hyatto) weighing in at a healthy 2512 gms.


And his little sister Mio (Me-o) Selena - a tiny a 2048gms.


Born at 35 weeks both babies are doing well, Mio will stay in the humidity crib for about week but Hayato is already out of his. Mum is recovering nicely and Dad is filming madly!
