Hope your knee is feeling better, I have had a sore knee and wrist, so I know how you feel. Went for a massage last week and a trip to the chiro, had another follow up massage this morning, not sure if it was the moving or the not working out but I have never been so sore and stiff in my life...Im feeling very old.
